Return Policy

This Return Policy explains your rights to return products (including Herbivanta) purchased from Slyxaronvrzim (“we”, “us”, “our”) and how to request a refund. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. We are committed to handling returns and refunds in line with UK and Irish consumer law. If you have any questions, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

2. Your right to cancel (withdrawal) – distance and off-premises sales
If you are a consumer and you bought the products at a distance (e.g. online) or off our premises, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel the contract without giving a reason. The cancellation period:
- Begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, or
- If you ordered multiple goods in one order that are delivered separately, on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item, or
- If the contract is for recurring deliveries, on the day you (or a third party) receive the first delivery.
To meet the 14-day deadline, you must send us a clear statement that you are cancelling (e.g. by email to contact@slyxaronvrzim.world or via our contact form) before the period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or the UK government if you wish, but any clear statement is sufficient. We will send you an acknowledgment of your cancellation.
Effects of cancellation: If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs you chose, e.g. express delivery, which we are not required to refund). We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back or your proof of return (depending on the law applicable to you).
3. Returning the goods
If you cancel, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to bear that cost or the goods were defective. We will tell you how to return the products (e.g. address and any reference number) when we acknowledge your cancellation.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g. opening packaging to inspect the product is generally acceptable; using a significant amount of the product may not be). If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish that it works, we may deduct an amount for that use in accordance with applicable law.
4. Faulty or misdescribed goods
If the products are faulty, not as described, or do not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong item, damaged, or defective), your statutory rights apply. In the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. In Ireland and the EU/EEA, similar rights apply under the Consumer Rights Directive and national law. In such cases:
- Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a description (and, if possible, photos) of the fault or issue.
- We may ask you to return the product for inspection. We will normally cover the cost of return for faulty or misdescribed goods.
- Once we have confirmed the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Refunds for faulty goods will include the cost of delivery to you and, where applicable, the cost of returning the product to us.
These rights are not limited to 14 days; they apply for the duration of your statutory rights (e.g. up to six years in the UK for certain claims, depending on the type of defect).
5. Refund process
5.1 Refund method: We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to another method. Refunds to a card or payment account may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5.2 Timing: For cancellation under the 14-day right, we will make the refund without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of (a) our receiving the goods back, or (b) your providing evidence that you have sent them back, or (c) your not having to return the goods (if we have offered to collect them or agreed otherwise). For faulty or misdescribed goods, we will process the refund as soon as we have confirmed the issue and received the product back if required.
5.3 Deductions: We will not make any deduction from the refund for the cost of the product or standard delivery, except (a) where you have used the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning and we are permitted to deduct an amount under applicable law, or (b) where we have agreed with you to bear only part of the return cost. Any deduction will be clearly explained.
6. Exceptions
Your right to cancel without reason may not apply (or may be limited) in certain cases under UK or EU law, for example: goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g. some supplements once the seal is broken); or perishable goods. For such items, we will inform you before or at the time of order if the right of withdrawal does not apply or is limited. For standard, non-personalised Herbivanta and similar products sold on the website, the 14-day right to cancel applies subject to the conditions above.

8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your return or refund, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter. If you are in the UK, you may also have the right to refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution; we will provide information on any ADR scheme we use if applicable. EU/EEA consumers may use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for online dispute resolution.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law or our practices. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Your return will be handled in line with the policy in force at the time of your purchase, unless a later policy is more favourable to you. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
