These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://slyxaronvrzim.world (“the website”) and any orders you place for products, including Herbivanta, offered by Slyxaronvrzim (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order or using the website. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

We sell food supplements and related products (including Herbivanta) to consumers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and other jurisdictions where we offer delivery. Our products are intended for general wellness and are not medicinal products. They do not replace a varied diet or medical advice.
2. Definitions
- “Consumer” means an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
- “Order” means your offer to purchase products submitted via the website (or other agreed channel) in accordance with these Terms.
- “Products” means the goods (including Herbivanta) described on the website and in your order confirmation.
- “Contract” means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the supply of products, formed when we accept your order as set out below.
3. Formation of the contract
3.1 The display of products on the website constitutes an invitation to treat, not an offer to sell. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy the products on these Terms.
3.2 We are not obliged to accept every order. We may refuse an order (e.g. due to stock, payment, or fraud concerns) and will inform you if we do. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation (by email or other agreed means) that clearly indicates acceptance of your order.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide (name, address, email, phone if given) are accurate and complete. We are not liable for failed delivery or communication due to incorrect details provided by you.
4. Products, description, and price
4.1 We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions and images on the website are accurate. Slight variations in packaging or appearance may occur. Product information (e.g. ingredients, usage) is provided for guidance; it does not constitute medical or nutritional advice. If you have health concerns or take medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.
4.2 Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region (e.g. EUR for Ireland) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) will be shown before you confirm the order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel without charge.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is due as indicated at checkout (e.g. by card or other accepted method). We use secure payment providers. Your card or payment details are processed by the payment provider in accordance with their terms and applicable regulations; we do not store full card details.
5.2 If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or cancel the order and will notify you. You remain responsible for providing valid payment details.
6. Delivery
6.1 We will deliver the products to the address you provide, within the timeframe stated on the website or in the order confirmation (typically 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on destination). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
6.2 Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when they are delivered to you (or to a carrier instructed by you). Ownership passes when we have received full payment.
6.3 If you are not available to receive delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery in line with their policy. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address or your unavailability, beyond making reasonable arrangements with the carrier.
7. Consumer rights (UK and Ireland)
7.1 If you are a Consumer in the UK, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. You have a right to reject faulty goods within 30 days in certain cases.
7.2 If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA (including Ireland), the Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national law (e.g. Irish consumer law) give you similar rights. You may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract (see our Return Policy).
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your statutory rights as a Consumer. For returns, refunds, and the exercise of your rights, see our Return Policy and contact us at the details above.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
8.2 Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage; (b) loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill; or (c) any loss or damage arising from your use of the products other than as directed, or from your failure to provide correct information. Our total liability to you in respect of any order and related services shall not exceed the price paid by you for the products in that order.
8.3 Our products are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual responses may vary. You use the products at your own responsibility and should seek medical advice where appropriate.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
10. Use of the website
10.1 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, spread malware, or use the site for any fraudulent or abusive purpose.
10.2 We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw the website or any part of it for operational, legal, or security reasons. We will not be liable to you for any such suspension or withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
11. Personal data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By placing an order and using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted those policies.
12. General
12.1 If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
12.2 Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to another entity; you may not assign without our consent.
12.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a Consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the courts of Ireland, or to the courts of your place of residence where the law allows.
12.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Material changes may be notified via the website or by email. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Existing contracts remain subject to the Terms in force at the time of the order.
